Data Sharing Device Design Project 

SH2J collaborated with Pantech on a data sharing device design project, with the goal of delivering a fast and intuitive data transfer experience to users. 

Equipped with USB 3.0 technology, the device offers significantly faster transfer speeds compared to previous generations. To visually express this sense of speed, the design incorporates sleek and streamlined forms, reflecting a dynamic and high-performance character. 

Its compact and lightweight size ensures excellent portability, allowing users to carry and use the device easily anytime, anywhere. The front silhouette is defined by a minimal and refined aesthetic, while a subtle contrast between glossy and matte finishes adds a balance of technical sophistication and emotional texture. 

An LED indicator is also integrated to provide real-time feedback on the device’s status, allowing users to monitor activity at a glance. This project represents more than just a storage accessory— it is a case where design effectively captures both the speed of advanced technology and a refined user experience. 

The Sparkle was proposed to Pantech in Korea in 2011.
